This week, I’ve fully recovered from the nasty flu that I came down with the past two weeks.
The moment I did, it’s been a whirlwind of activities. And it’s all because I moved from “I know” to “I accept”.
If you’re anything like me, you’re so “KNOWledgeable”. There are a lot of things you say “I know” to.
I *knew* I had to stop eating heavy meals at night.
I *knew* I had to sit down and write all these amazing ideas I have.
I *knew* I had to color something again and play the piano again.
But it was only this week that I shifted to *I accept*.
I accepted all the above and this is what happened –
I became more conscious of my meal time and ate before 7pm, so I didn’t eat heavily at night anymore to compensate for feeling hungry because I missed a meal!
I started writing and writing and writing. The past week alone, I finished almost 100 Fb posts, 30 email contents, 3 articles and 2 modules!
I drew mandalas and colored for a few hours! AND I started playing the piano again! I went back to the basics and went through half the book!
That’s the difference between “I know” and “I accept”: ACTION
As soon as I completely accepted that I had to and I wanted to do all the three, I went into action.
I stopped resisting and thinking of ways to procrastinate!
I stopped flicking through Netflix and Facebook.
I stopped looking for something else to do!
That shift in me ERASED all excuses and justifications I had.
They just became facts and I accepted them as facts.
The moment I did, time stood still and magic happened: I finished more than I expected and created a few things I never thought I would.
You can experience this, too!
Look at your life and ask yourself –
What are you consistently saying “I know” to in the past three weeks?
How can you start accepting them as facts and intentionally act on them?
Let us know in the comments how you made your BIG SHIFT!
Blessing of miracles,
